Your school, your records

School sessions, permissions and linked-parent access govern school operations. Owner console access is separate and does not grant a school login.

Practical protection

HTTPS, secure sessions, explicit school membership, review workflows and verified database backups are implemented. No unverified compliance certification is claimed.

Registration privacy

We collect school name, city and administrator contact with consent, for verification and onboarding. No student data is requested. Pending registration details are visible only to the software owner; no third-party tracking scripts are used. Contact the operator for correction or removal; pending requests should be reviewed or removed within 90 days.

Real data and samples

The public interface preview uses labelled fictional data. Existing school records are never used in that preview. Cloud migration requires the school operator’s authorization.
